Dr. McCauley is board-certified in urology, and she specializes in female urologic health. She graduated from the Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk VA with distinction and was a member of the medical school's Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. She completed her internship and surgical training at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and she has been practicing in Phoenix since 2011.

Dr. McCauley is known for her particular expertise in the use of advanced neuromodulation technology for the treatment of urinary incontinence and overactive bladder, and she is the leading urologist in the state of Arizona providing this advanced therapy.
