Dr. McCauley is board-certified in urology, and she specializes in female urologic health. She graduated from the Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk VA with distinction and was a member of the medical school's Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. She completed her internship and surgical training at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and she has been practicing in Phoenix since 2011.
