Meet Dr. McCauley

Meet Lipika McCauley, MD, a board-certified urologist who’s passionate about helping women feel their best through compassionate, cutting-edge care. A graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School, Dr. McCauley completed her surgical training at University of Arizona College of Medicine and has been caring for Phoenix patients since 2011. She focuses on female urologic health, urinary incontinence, and overactive bladder, using advanced neuromodulation and minimally invasive techniques to improve quality of life. Known for her warm approach and evidence-based care, Dr. McCauley partners closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that truly make a difference.
